What would the soul look like if it were possible?
 
When I was still in the process of creating this painting, its title had already appeared in my mind, and by the time I finished it, it became one of my favorites. And, you know what? the gallery owner I was working with at the time didn't understand it. And it became a rarity in the catalog. Now it's here seeing the light, because it's still one of my favorite works.
 
In the night, where only faint reflections can give us back some shapes, the silhouette of two lionesses appears. It is an abstraction of energy. They are in action, and from it their spirit flashes out. What is happening? Where are they looking? What is lurking?
 
Whatever the outcome, in the darkness the beauty of life always shines through.
