I considered this artwork as finished several times, but each time I kept going back to tweak and change it, until I was satisfied with this final version. It ended up being one of the central pieces in my Nova collection.
It was quite an introspective process that had a lot to do with my limits and my pictorial fears. Thanks to this, I experienced the pleasure of working on a painting without pressure, without a specific end, and of the work evolving with me as time went by. 
 
As a curious fact that I'm sure you're not expecting, I gave the title 'United We Stand' after the Elton John song of the same name. Something happened in my head, that when I heard it, it transferred me directly to this work.
